Steve Langemo & Jennifer Dixon

Steve Langemo began playing guitar at age 12 and went on to earn a degree in guitar performance at Moorhead State University in Minnesota and a master’s degree in jazz guitar performance from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Steve has worked extensively throughout the country as a performing and session guitarist in a wide range of musical styles and has had a successful career as an instructor. Now residing in Colorado Springs, Steve performs as a sideman with a variety of artists in the region, works as a session guitarist, writer, and arranger, and still finds time to manage a full schedule of students while performing with his own modern jazz and fusion group.

Jennifer Dixon is a singer/songwriter based in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Southaven Mississippi, Jennifer blends her soulful Memphis Influences with Americana, pop, and adult contemporary. While spending over a decade in Nashville learning from songwriting greats, her unique vocal skills and songwriting style creates her own original tapestry. Jennifer’s development deal as a vocalist with Nashville-based Bluewater Music led to studio projects with top Nashville talent, and CMH Records “Pickin On” Series, and recording with The Infamous String Dusters. Jennifer’s latest EP “Secrets” a collection of songs written with other Nashville songwriters, with her signature sound of pop and Americana influences, is heartfelt, passionate, and emotionally honest.
