Red Gravy celebrates the traditions of St. Louis’ vibrant neighborhood known as “The Hill”. Our owner, Chef Eric Brenner, began his culinary career learning the time-honored recipes passed down through generations of Italian immigrants. Our entire staff works tirelessly to create a unique and fun dining experience, and we are proud to be a part of the thriving Downtown Colorado Springs community.”

With the exception of our slow-cooked tomato sauces, every menu item is prepared fresh, to order, and can be modified for certain allergy requirements. Our stuffed pastas, lasagna, and meatballs may not be altered as they are prepared ahead of service. This attention to each guest’s satisfaction may slow service during very busy times. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
