Back by popular request, the Sunday Supper Club returns with expanded seating and more exciting wine pairings. In our smaller dining room, Blue at Red Gravy provides a unique environment to experience a culinary story in a cozy and intimate setting.
The dinners will take place on the second Sunday of each month and reservations can be made through the “Reservations” tab on our website’s home page. Seating will be communal and the earliest to arrive can pick their seating location.
The meals will change each month based on seasonality of ingredients and our chef’s inspiration. Wines will be selected to complement each of the four courses and the entire evening will include educational elements of the wines selected as well as the recipes and stories from Chef Eric that inform each dish.

For January, we will travel to Chef Eric’s favorite destination: New Mexico!
4 courses to include Pozole, Lobster Chile Relleno, Duck Carnitas, and for dessert, Navajo Fry Bread with a special NM twist.
Each course will be paired with select beverages reflecting NM and local producers.
$125 inclusive of tax and gratuity.
***This event is open only to guests 21 years of age or older***
Seating is communal at standard and bar-height tables, and the bar itself in our Blue Room.
