We’re Celebrating 10 Years, with Pastarama!
To celebrate Red Gravy’s 10 years in business, two pasta specials will go head-to-head each month in 2026. You decide each month’s winner, who will face another challenger the next month.
For March, we have Beef Shortrib Ravioli (February’s Winner – with Sautéed Zucchini, a Red Wine Demiglaze, and Pistachio Gremolata) up against Creole Rigatoni (Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, Creole-spiced Tomato Cream, Pimento & Basil).
