Sunday Supper Club

Back by popular request, the Sunday Supper Club returns with expanded seating and more exciting wine pairings. In our smaller dining room, Blue at Red Gravy provides a unique environment to experience a culinary story in a cozy and intimate setting.

The dinners will take place on the second Sunday of each month and reservations can be made through the “Reservations” tab on our website’s home page. Seating will be communal and the earliest to arrive can pick their seating location.

The meals will change each month based on seasonality of ingredients and our chef’s inspiration. Wines will be selected to complement each of the four courses and the entire evening will include educational elements of the wines selected as well as the recipes and stories from Chef Eric that inform each dish.

Next Event – Sunday, April 13th

It’s officially Spring and we want to celebrate with a menu that highlights the season. Falling on Palm Sunday, we plan to incorporate some Easter cheer as well.

Starting with Deviled eggs & caviar from the fancy Easter Bunny paired with our own Aviation Cocktail (Gin, Creme de Violette). Then, from the Pacific NW, we will braise Halibut Cheeks with morel mushrooms and ramps (spring onions) then enjoy roasted lamb with minted pea puree and finish with a fresh glazed cake topped with candied violets.

Each course will be paired with select wines or spirits. One pour per course.

$150 inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Seating is communal at standard and bar-height tables, and the bar itself, in our Blue Room.
